I was pleased with JL Vans Ltd and would recommend them because they were friendly and helpful throughout. The vans all looked to be in good condition. I said what I needed and was shown a few options that would suit. I was given the opportunity to test drive and that went fine.
I decided to purchase , was given advice finance, insurance and logo printing. The van was ready for collection on my chosen date. It was immaculate and drives well. I was given a fair price for my trade in. Staff couldn’t have been nicer or friendlier.
Over the moon with the Ford Transit Custom purchased from JL Vans! The vehicle fits well within our needs after looking high & low, we came across JL Vans Ltd & have not been disappointed with both the van & their service. We dealt with Chris who was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Upon signing paperwork for the Van, we didn't take delivery of it until the week later as there were a couple of slight small dents in which Chris promised they would remove in order to get the van up to a satisfactory standard. Chris stuck to his promise & the dents had been removed upon collection of the van. As soon as we walked into JL Vans Ltd, we knew we had struck gold. The forecourt is well looked after along with the offices & all vehicles displayed were kept clean & shiny, you can tell they have pride in the work they do. As an individual who was looking for the best van out there, for those thinking of purchasing a van from JL Vans Ltd, you will not be disappointed.
